Founded in 1975 by three brothers with one location, Park Rite has grown into a prominent leader as a provider of parking services. Today, Park Rite operates nearly 60 locations from Detroit to Ann Arbor, parking over 5 million cars per year.

Customer Service

Park Rite prides itself on its excellent customer service reputation. Over the course of our history, we have demonstrated to clients that we possess all the expertise of a bigger company. Yet we are still small enough to provide our customers the hands-on approach they have come to know and love.

As a part of our ongoing effort to enhance customer service, Park Rite has developed and launched a state-of-the-art database software whereby clients will be able to view their daily activities.

At Park Rite we believe it is imperative to give back to our communities. Our charitable contributions include both our time and monetary donations. Charities include the Metro Detroit Youth Day, Make a Wish Foundation, March of Dimes, Muscular Dystrophy, St. John’s Hospital, and the Variety Club for disadvantaged children.
