Who We Are
Established in 1975 by three visionary brothers, Park Rite has grown from a single location on the corner of Lafayette and First in downtown Detroit into a leading provider of parking services. Today, we manage over 40 parking lots and 14 garages in the Metropolitan Detroit area, along with several locations in Ann Arbor, accommodating over 5 million vehicles annually.
As a family-owned business deeply rooted in Detroit, our legacy spans nearly 50 years in the parking industry. Our success is driven by a relentless focus on customer service and tailoring parking solutions to maximize value for our clients. Despite our modest beginnings, Park Rite has emerged as a prominent player, thanks to strategic partnerships and active participation in industry advancements.
Our commitment to excellence is exemplified through our collaboration with the Detroit Smart Parking Lab (DSPL) and our prominent presence in the National Parking Association. In 2023, we were honored with the National Parking Association’s award for Most Innovative Facility of the Year for our work at DSPL.
