Park Rite is excited to announce Kevin Bopp as its new Chief Executive Officer. The company, possessing a rich 45-plus year history of being a family-owned and operated provider of parking management and valet solutions, for the first time welcomes outside leadership.

“I expect that Kevin will play an integral role in the next era for Park Rite,” said Nick Aubrey, owner of Park Rite. “He’s passionate about business development and technological advancements and is a welcome addition to our management team. Kevin has already proven to be detail oriented and an effective leader. This transition is very exciting for us.”

Bopp previously served as Vice President of Parking and Mobility at Bedrock Detroit, where he led the real estate firm’s parking team since 2017. During that time his strategic vision led to several groundbreaking projects, ranging from deployment of the first autonomous shuttles on open public streets (with May Mobility) to North America’s first installation of automated valet parking technology (with Ford and Bosch). Prior to that he held various leadership roles with local firms connected to real estate development more broadly.

Kevin was born and raised in Metro Detroit, and his undergraduate degree studies focused on Urban Affairs at Michigan State University. That passion will be on display as he works with other stakeholders to shape parking, transit, and connected mobility solutions throughout the state’s ecosystem.
